Communication and Customer Service Issues
Multiple reviewers have expressed frustration with the company's communication and customer service. Authors Joanne Rodgers, Wagged Morasco, and Adam & Hanicka all experienced difficulties in receiving necessary documents and invoices, with some even receiving threatening legal letters. Joanne Rodgers had to call multiple times to receive her paperwork, while Wagged Morasco had to wait 8 months to receive an email reminder about payment. Adam & Hanicka were lied to about a broken unit, and Jakub Zawada was ignored and stood up after making an appointment.
