At Toucan Property Services Ltd, we are a family-run business with over 15 years of trading experience. Based in Sidmouth, East Devon, we pride ourselves on being a thoroughly proficient, no-frills, and all-round complete service for every aspect of property maintenance and home improvements. Our name, Toucan, is more than just a metaphor; it represents the two of us, Graham and Alexa Baker, who work together to cover a wide range of building trades and services, however large or small a job may be.

Graham, a qualified joiner, carpenter, and gas safe engineer, has spent many years widening his range of skills in the construction industry, both on-site and managerial. He has also managed a maintenance department serving over 2,000 houses for the East Devon District Council. Alexa, on the other hand, comes from a family building firm, so she is well-versed in all the intricacies involved in office administration, as well as being trained in all aspects of health and safety.

As a small business, we work with a limited number of established sub-contractors to complete a huge range of projects, from simple repairs to large-scale construction.
