Gap Property and Electrical Services is a multi-disciplinary provider of planned and reactive maintenance works in gas, plumbing, heating, electrics and construction. Established in 2004, we remain a family-owned business run by Gary, Ryan and Brett Hagger, now employing over 100 multi-trade operatives. Over the past 10 years, we have grown significantly and are now recognised as one of the leading multi-disciplinary independent contractors in our industry. We have secured numerous contracts across the country, including Leeds City Council, Leicester City Council, Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and North Derbyshire County Council, among others.

At Gap Property and Electrical Services, we prioritise health and safety, and as a Gas Safe, NIC EIC, CHAS SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) and Constructionline Gold approved company, we are committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of our employees and customers through robust Safe Systems of Work.
