How We Work
We operate on an hourly rate for smaller jobs and a fixed price for larger projects, giving you more control over your budget. Once we've measured up and discussed your requirements, we will send you a written estimate and works schedule, keeping you informed at all times. Our larger works usually carry a 5-year workmanship guarantee, a rarity in the plumbing industry.
Our Team
Our team consists of highly qualified plumbers, including a Gas Safe registered plumber, expertly trained maintenance plumbers, and a dedicated office manager, Viktorija (Vikki) who ensures that all our customers' needs are met. We also partner with reputable local businesses, including tilers, electricians, joiners, and decorators, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
Our Pricing
We do not charge for callouts or to provide estimates. We only charge you for the work we do, and our hourly rates are competitive, with a standard rate of 45 per hour (plus VAT) for plumbing work and 60 per hour (plus VAT) for gas work. We also accept debit and credit card payments, with a small charge for credit card transactions. VAT is charged at the current rate of 20%.
