Poor Experience with Julian Paul Plumbing
Julian Paul Plumbing was hired to repair an author's boiler, which stopped working suddenly in November 2017. Initially, the company's representative, Julian, didn't charge for the diagnosis and temporarily fixed the boiler's fuse. However, upon further inspection, it became apparent that only the central heating was working, and the hot water remained inaccessible. Despite numerous messages to Julian, he never responded, and the author was left with a non-functioning boiler.
The situation only worsened, with the author replacing the fuse multiple times to restore central heating, but still no hot water. Julian refused to assist in resolving the issue, claiming that the boiler was working correctly when he took payment. The author was left with a substantial bill and a malfunctioning boiler, which, as of October 2018, still didn't provide hot water.
Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Behaviour
Julian Paul Plumbing's service was marred by unprofessional behaviour and a lack of follow-through on promised repairs. The author was advised not to part with money until all issues were resolved, as Julian's company failed to deliver on its promised services.
