Poor Customer Service and Communication
These reviewers share a similar experience of being disappointed with the company's responsiveness and customer service. Phillip Robinson and Richard Russell both gave a 1-star review, expressing frustration and annoyance with the company's attitude towards small jobs and unwillingness to provide estimates.
Phillip feels that the company only takes on large commercial jobs and doesn't bother with small customers. He believes the company is unresponsive and calls customers back without any intent to do the job. Richard had a similar experience, describing the company as "too busy" and having "an attitude that says screw the small man". He felt ignored and disrespected after trying to get an estimate.
