Poor Communication and Inefficient Service
Several reviewers reported poor communication and inefficient service from Plumbcare. Arron Jeffrey was charged 99 for a plumber to simply diagnose the issue without providing a solution. Carole Bryant was unhappy with a late-night visit from a plumber, which was inconvenient and unacceptable. Sam Golland had a poor experience with a plumber who was unable to fix the issue and provided unhelpful advice. Soul Uk was unhappy with the high quote provided by Plumbcare to replace a heat exchanger, which was deemed extortionate.
