Unsatisfactory Experience with BS Plumbing & Heating
Poor Workmanship and Unprofessional Behaviour
The reviewer, David Robertson, had a severely disappointing experience with BS Plumbing & Heating, rating them only 1 star. The primary issues stemmed from the unprofessional behaviour of the plumbers, particularly the young plumber who consistently displayed a stinking attitude, being rude, angry, and impatient.
Subpar Work Quality
Furthermore, the workmanship of multiple plumbers was substandard, with shortcuts being taken and chromed parts being discarded rather than properly fitted. A significant issue was the failure to rectify the problem of a noisy radiator in the bedroom, which caused significant disturbance and discomfort.
Unacceptable Solution Proposed
The manager's suggestion to hit the radiator with a knee to resolve the issue was considered unacceptable and demonstrated a lack of commitment to providing a proper solution.
