Boiler Servicing: Annual boiler servicing is essential to ensure your boiler is operating safely and efficiently. Our servicing is a fixed price of 70.00.
Fixed Price Boiler Repair: We understand that boiler breakdowns can be stressful. That's why we aim to make the process of getting your boiler repaired as stress-free as possible. Our fixed price for repairs is 120.00 plus parts.
Landlord Gas Safety Inspections (CP12): Every rental property with gas appliances requires an annual gas safety inspection by law. We also carry out gas safety inspections for homeowners.
General Gas Works: We offer a range of services from gas escape trace and repair to cooker installations. Our charges are very competitive, at just 70.00 per hour.
Smart Heating Controls: Smart heating controls are the future of home heating. They make controlling your heating and hot water a doddle, and can save you up to 30% on your energy bills. We are Nest and Honeywell Evohome approved installers.
