Our team is equipped to handle any issue related to your heating system, from routine maintenance to complex repairs.

What We Do During Our Boiler Service

During our boiler service, we carry out a full service to the burner, boiler, and oil tank. This includes cleaning the combustion chamber, checking all seals and gaskets, replacing the nozzle, cleaning the blast tube, and testing the ignition transformer. We also disassemble the oil pump off the burner and replace any worn drive couplings, open the pump and clean the internal filter, lubricate the motor's shaft and bearings, check and adjust electrode settings, reassemble the burner and test it, adjust oil pressure and air settings to the manufacturer's recommended settings, and replace the flexi hose. Upon completion, we provide you with a CD11 commission/safety report.

What We Do During Our Cooker Service

For our cooker service, we remove, clean, and inspect burners, brush and clean heat exchangers, check flue ways and fans, check and replace hot plate and burner head gaskets, check ignition, inspect for fuel leaks, check electrical controls, check ventilation is adequate, replace fuel filter elements, replace flexi hoses, replace nozzles, check the operation of the fire valve, and carry out a flue gas analysis. We also provide you with a CD11 commission/safety report upon completion.
